Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We are happy to issue you a full refund minus the original shipping cost.

Return by Mail

Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging include your original packing slip with the item(s) being returned.

Kindly note that without including your order number with your returned item(s) there may be a delay in processing your return.

Helpful Hint: If returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect & broken items

BEAUTY SLAYER SUPPLIES LLC will provide immediate shipping of the correct item. We will also provide a return shipping label so you can ship the incorrect item back. Please contact our distribution center at BEAUTYSLAYERSUPPLIES@GMAIL.COM to report any incorrect items issue. We will provide you the step to return the item. Any Item not received will be charge to your account.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Beauty Slayer Supplies reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

•An irregular or excessive returns history

•An irregular or excessive returns history involving used and opened items

•Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
